At the age of 59, homeless (5) times, in prison (5) years for an offense he didn't commit and losing everything (5) times. George finally Gave UP and GAVE GOD.

After having his car repossessed for the first time while in The State of Georgia, he asked for help from a local transition program for men. That's when George Nelson focused on Christ in the TLP Program. After getting his car back, working everyday and writing a new savings budget. He saved $10,000 over the course of 9 months and won approval to teach "Budgeting Classes" in the TLP program while still a client himself. 

After graduation in 2025 he received an offer from The TLP A.D. ( Transition Living Program Assistant Director ) to replace him soon, and said "Hey George" you would be perfect for this job. I told him I will pray on it. After a few days, I received confirmation from God, and after sharing it with the love of his life (Ms Barbara Taylor) I gladly accepted and continued to do God's work as the New Transitional Living Program Assistant Director. Then after 90 more days God said, " Now you have seen, fill the need". So with more research and new partnerships I am humbled to introduce the first "REENTRY BUSINESS ACADEMY LOCATION" starting in Georgia and Alabama.
